Since 2022, Chung Wah Community Care (CWCC) has been operating a Consumer Advisory Committee with the goal of receiving your feedback to continuously improve the quality of our services. We are grateful for the many valuable insights and contributions from our consumers, families, and community members.
As we move into 2025, we are pleased to invite you to join us as a member of the Committee. If you are interested in becoming a member, please fill out the Registration Form online, email us, or inform our Hub staff and your care coordinator.
