As a pioneer in the aged care industry in Western Australia, Chung Wah Community Care (CWCC) has always walked hand in hand with the community, keeping pace with the times and providing services that meet the needs of seniors and community members.
Stepping into the Year of the Dragon, the CWCC Radio - Good Times in Perth - provides enriching information and community news for the community and senior clients and welcomes a transformative reform. CWCC Radio is pleased to announce that program production and broadcasting have officially entered the artificial intelligence (A.I.) era and go online!
CWCC Radio is now broadcast on YouTube, introducing innovative A.I. hosts to separately broadcast in Mandarin, Cantonese, and Vietnamese. It is set to become the first institution in the aged care sector in Western Australia to use cutting-edge technology for content dissemination. This sets a new communication and information exchange standard, allowing more non-English-speaking members to receive community news.
CWCC Radio programs aim to provide seniors, their families, and Asian immigrants with various information on community, news, health, and culture, all navigated by A.I. hosts Ah Chung and Ah Wah in different languages. This groundbreaking production model promotes the continuous and reliable transmission of information and introduces a new and popular medium of interaction to the community, keeping up with the rapid development of global technology. Enhancing program content and using A.I. technology reflects CWCC's commitment to keeping pace with community development and strengthening community interaction.
We aim to provide a rich variety of program content to meet the interests and needs of our audience. From community event information and important health news to sharing traditional cultural topics in the community, we bring our audience a sense of closeness and resonance. We also invite the non-English speaking community in W.A. to join us on this innovative journey. CWCC will continue to provide more care and support for the seniors in the community, enabling them to live healthy and happy lives and contribute to the development of the community.
Chung Wah has been servicing the W.A. community since 1909, dedicated to improving the quality of life of individuals from diverse backgrounds. Moreover, Chung Wah CC has 40 years of professional care experience helping seniors and people with disabilities improve their well-being and better integrate into the community. This year's theme, "Celebrating Our Cultural Strands," reflects our 40 years of commitment to understanding, integration, and moving forward together for a more harmonious and better community for all.
