Administration Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and office support
  • Assist with reception duties and visitor enquiries
  • Manage correspondence, documents, and meeting coordination
  • Support smooth daily office operations

About You:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (CRM experience desirable)
  • Able to work independently with strong attention to detail
  • Good English communication skills; Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage
  • Passionate about supporting aged care clients and the community

Consumer Support Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and coordination for aged care clients and participants
  • Manage service scheduling, changes, and communication
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure services align with individual care plans
  • Maintain accurate records in the client database

About You:

  • Experience in aged care or a related field
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin and Cantonese are highly regarded

Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver support in line with individual care plans
  • Assist with personal care, social activities, and outings
  • Encourage independence and active living
  • Participate in training and team collaboration

About You:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Police Clearance
  • Able to work in English (bilingual skills highly valued)
  • WA Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
  • Experience with CALD communities or disability support is an advantage
